offer a refund less materials. We would appreciate an
explanation in writing and that we meet face-to-face to
clarify the nature of the dissatisfaction.

provides is a written confidentiality agreement. OPI
guarantees that any and all Customer information disclosed
as part of the assignment shall me maintained in a
confidential manner at all times. Such information will
not be disclosed to any other persons, firm or
organization without the express written permission of the
