OPI's Financial Control Strategy:
OPI will manage it finances for long term growth, viability and integrity. Recommendations of financial professionals will be sought and implemented as a fundamental strategy.

Internal Controls. Separation of duties in paying bills, writing checks, invoice preparation, reconciliation and record management. All partners will have unrestricted access to financial reports and to see original data for their division.

Financial Reports. Balance sheets, Profit and Loss statements, Registers and Budgets will be produced for all partners, and financial advisors on at least a quarterly basis.

Financial Planning. Budgets, Cash Flow Analysis and Financial Targets will be determined at least annually by the partners and financial advisors.

Policy. At least quarterly the partners will review revenue and expenses to budgets.

Key measures include profit, return on investment, achieving budgets, and industry comparisons.
