Executive Leadership Development Executive level leadership is, by definition, a small team or a single person. They have unique needs but don't have much time for training. This program is designed for that situation: short, intensive sessions over a year to look at your strengths and development opportunities with professionals and colleagues to keep you focused.
Entrepreneurial and Business Owner Development Many business owners and those wanting to start a business need more direct assistance to increase their chances of having a successful experience and avoid making a lot of operating mistakes. In these group sessions owners can dialog and ask questions of other business owners.
Mentoring, Coaching and Consulting Often, it is more useful to an individual in a sensitive executive leadership position to receive coaching and development on a one-one-one basis. This process is highly responsive to the individual and orientated to short and long term goal establishment and attainment.
Strategic Thinking and Assessment This program is geared to define the overall strategies and to assess and monitor organizational activity. Review the vision, mission and structure of all operations. The process defines critical success factors, short and long range goals, reporting and measurement requirements.
Strategic Planning Detailed information on the Strategic Thinking and Planning Workshop It is important to involve as many people as practically possible in setting the future direction of an organization. OPI designs intensive sessions to focus an organization on the course it needs to set and the actions it needs to take in order to effect measurable improvement. These sessions are customized to deal with large group facilitation, senior staff or department level planning groups. The strategic planning process is adaptable to multiple sessions or retreat format.
Strategic Review and Follow-up This program is to be a review and update to the STRATEGIC PLANNING Process. The process assesses current operating results of the plan. Identifies obstacles to critical success factors and establishes new short and long range goals. Planned follow-up sessions can be arranged to focus on specific problem areas.
