The program is customized to your needs; topics can be added or altered to suit the people you choose to benefit from this growth experience. Each participant has the opportunity to schedule one-on-one sessions with the facilitator to discuss individual challenges and sensitive topics.

Ten to twelve people make up a training group. Every session is aimed at growing productive leaders and staff for your company. All material focuses on achieving company and individual goals and bringing the two into harmony.

Program Format
The Personal Excellence Program is conducted in six to eight sessions of two to three hours each. The facilitator interviews participants and their managers before the sessions begin to learn specific needs. Extra sessions and individual conferences are available. The facilitator follows up two or three months after the sessions are completed with telephone conversations or a meeting of the group.

Methods
Mini-lecture, discussion, experiential activities, and case studies all play a part in the learning process. Assignments between sessions provide opportunities for participants to put what they are learning into action, get feedback and polish new skills. Tools for making use of what is learned enable participants to continue working on new attitudes and behaviors and internalizing what they have learned after the program is finished.

Session Format
Sessions begin with a discussion of the assignment results; new material is then introduced and discussed. Emphasis is on meeting company and individual goals. Feedback is given at every session: the participants to the facilitator; facilitator to participants; participants to each other.
