We provide a systems evaluation process to assess a systems capabilities, security,

is validated and questioned as to its purpose and who uses it. We look for ways to
increase the effectiveness of the systems. |

results can be a challenging process. Often, the question arises, How are we going to
measure that? That being some service point or hard to measure quality. Paper
surveys, focus groups are not always useful, timely or practical. This program is designed
to introduce creativity to the process and introduce tools to help devise practical means

The system under our microscope may be particularly complex or the data received from
customers may be overwhelming. This workshop is designed for a problem solving team or
